Shipping and Return Policies
Totally Fit 4 Life wants your online shopping experience to be simple and successful. Please review our policies and procedures regarding shipping and returns. If you have any questions, email us using our contact form or call toll free at 1-866-588-8345.

Order Processing
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at 1-866-588-8345. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to any address in the United States, excluding PO Boxes. At this time, we do not ship internationally through the web cart. However, if you would like something shipped internationally, please email us using our contact form or by calling toll-free at 1-866-588-8345 and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at time of checkout and are based on package weight and size, origin-to-destination distance, and method of shipment.

Returns Policy
Totally Fit 4 Life wants to ensure the health and satisfaction of our customers. Because Totally Fit 4 life provides mostly food and nutritional supplements, we cannot cancel or exchange an order once it has been placed and entered into our system. Cancellations and exchanges will be honored only in event that one of the following has occurred:

  • Our Error: If you received a product due to our error, we will send a shipping label to you to return the product at our expense. Please return the product in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. You will receive credit for the product once we receive the return. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense.
  • Shipping Damage: If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, refuse the package and have it delivered back to us. Contact us immediately and we will have the replacement order shipped to you right away at no additional shipping expense.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective, is out of date or is any way damaged from something other than shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will send a shipping label to you to return the product at our expense. Please return the product in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. You will receive credit for the product once we receive the return. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense or refund your money.

We understand that there may be unique situations that arise that warrant a return and do not meet these circumstances. If this is the case, please contact us and we will try to work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Special Shipment Conditions for Chocolates
While Totally Fit 4 Life will do everything possible to protect chocolate products from melting; we do not guarantee any chocolate products shipped during warm weather. If you choose to have a chocolate product shipped during warmer temperatures, it is done at your own risk.

Case Orders
Totally Fit 4 Life does offer a 10% discount on case buys. If you are interested in buying bulk quantities, give us a call at 1-866-588-8345 and we’ll tell you if it qualifies.
